Growing up, music had always been an outlet for me. Whether it was playing alto saxophone in band or singing in choir I was always doing something with music. It was the only thing that really kept my spirits up while trying not to focus on the “on again, off again” of my health issues.
Fast forward to me as an adult, 2010 to be exact, I became really sick.
Sick to the point of it not even being my “normal” sick! My hair was falling out, I was loosing the enamel on my teeth, had heated headaches above my eyes, lumps in my breasts, as well as a few other disturbing issues that I will keep to myself for now… Then, I found out that all my health problems from a young age were the result of a serious gluten allergy. (WHAT?!?!)
Fast forward again, to 2013. Three years of knowing what healthy actually feels like. Three years of rapid personal growth. Within three years I had the opportunity to meet and experience who I really am because I didn’t have to pretend to be someone I wasn’t, healthy and happy, because I REALLY WAS.
Now, lets fast forward to today. I believe everything in my life has set me up for being able to help people in the capacity I am today. It seems to have come full circle bringing me back to something I have always loved and have found as a sanctuary. Sound.
Through my studies and certification in Sound Healing and Energy Work, I have learned how sound affects the body and how to use it to help others reduce stress, boost immune system functions, and the facilitation of meditation so that they, you, can live the healthy, active lifestyle you love waking up to everyday… Something that I have finally been able to experience because of the wonderful alternative healers in my life and the application of sound to heal my digestive system. I am so grateful.
